  • $80,000 – $95,000 Annual Salary, based on experience

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Our client has partnered with a very progressive organization in the Los Angeles areas to make an impact on the homeless population. They are committed to making a difference and improving the lives of the Homeless Veteran population in various areas of the country. The new Residential Homeless Facility will serve as a safe environment for Homeless Veterans where they can work with a Case Manager to obtain Behavioral Health Services, Housing, and assistance towards employment.

Additional responsibilities and requirements for the Clinical Supervisor for Veteran’s Affairs include:

Current/Active License to practice in the State of California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

At least 3 years of leadership experience in a Residential Homeless Facility-Required

Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

Prior experience working with Homeless Shelters, Homeless Associations, Residential Homeless Facilities.

  • The region is bordered on the north by LAX, on the northeast by the South Los Angeles region, on the east by the Gateway Cities, and on the southeast by Long Beach.
  • The South Bay is one of the most culturally, economically, and ethnically diverse areas in the United States, with a largely even distribution of the population across African, Asian/Pacific Islander, European, Arabic, and Latino ancestry.
  • Hawthorne, Inglewood, Gardena and Lawndale are diverse communities with pluralities of blacks, Latinos and White Americans. Gardena is home to one of America's oldest Japanese communities. In addition, San Pedro has a large community of Italian and Croatian immigrants.
